About the Role
We’re looking for an AI Engineer who thrives on rapid iteration, deep problem-solving, and data-driven improvement. Our team doesn’t just build systems—we build measurement frameworks, deeply understand user issues through error analysis, and obsessively iterate to continuously enhance AI-driven experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Architect and implement AI agent systems and orchestration platforms
- Design, develop, and optimize RAG pipelines for enterprise knowledge bases
- Develop contextual memory systems that enhance AI responses based on interaction history
- Build transparent, user-friendly AI observability and quality monitoring solutions
- Continuously extract and structure complex data from diverse multi-modal document sources
- Develop feedback loops and evaluation methods to systematically improve our AI's performance
- Perform bottom-up error analysis to identify and solve user-critical issues

- Demonstrated success in experimenting with novel techniques to measurably improve the accuracy, reliability, and performance of LLMs and VLMs
- Experience deploying sophisticated Agents and LLMs to production, especially with clear evidence of measured improvements
- Proven ability in creating, curating, and utilizing high-quality training and evaluation datasets
- A relentless focus on understanding real-world user needs through practical error analysis
- Staying actively engaged with the latest developments in AI, rapidly incorporating effective new ideas and approaches
