**What You’ll Do**
- Build and customize AI voice agents on platforms like Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, Microsoft Azure, and Twilio Autopilot.
- Implement dynamic integrations between AI agents and CRM/service platforms like Salesforce and ServiceTitan using APIs, Lambda functions, webhooks, and custom logic.
- Set up API access and build API calls to enable the bot to retrieve and update customer data, manage appointments, and resolve queries.
- Test, iterate, and optimize bot performance with real-time data from Salesforce, ServiceTitan, and other sources.
- Ensure seamless communication flows between customers and support teams, while maintaining a focus on user experience.
**What You Bring**
- Proficiency in programming languages (JavaScript, Python, or Node.js) for building and deploying APIs.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) and serverless architectures like AWS Lambda and Azure Functions.
- Knowledge of integration tools (Google Cloud Functions, Twilio Functions, Microsoft Power Automate) for connecting AI with external systems.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and field service management platforms like ServiceTitan.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a passion for building scalable, efficient, and reliable systems.
- Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations is a must.
