Role Overview

As an AI Engineer at Method Security, you will play a pivotal role in designing and building frameworks and infrastructure that enhance the reliability and intelligence of our AI-driven cybersecurity solutions. You will focus on building systems that ensure our AI components respond effectively and adaptively within our product’s agentic workflows. This role requires a balance of solid software engineering, AI application development, and a proactive approach to experimentation and incorporating the latest advancements in AI. You’ll work closely with our team to ensure that our AI solutions operate reliably in dynamic, high-stakes environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement frameworks that improve the reliability and consistency of AI-driven responses, ensuring they meet the stringent requirements of cybersecurity applications.
• Build infrastructure that enhances prompt reliability and enables seamless integration of AI workflows within our product.
• Design agentic workflows that allow our AI to operate autonomously, experimenting with new approaches to improve the system’s adaptability and performance.
• Stay current with state-of-the-art advancements in AI to continuously improve and evolve our product’s capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our AI solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with product goals.
• Work directly with end users to ensure that Method is meeting operational needs and solving real world problems.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in building AI-native applications, specifically leveraging language models, and infrastructure in production, with a focus on reliability and performance.
• Strong software engineering background, with expertise in designing robust systems that incorporate AI-driven workflows.
• Familiarity with the latest AI frameworks, tools, and techniques, and an ability to adapt them effectively within production environments.
• Proactive approach to experimentation, with a track record of applying new AI advancements to improve real-world applications.
