Strong AI and Software Engineering Skills:
Needs to have a very strong base of AI and ML
A very good AI ecosystem end to end experience and not just understanding
- AI Expertise: Solid understanding of artificial intelligence techniques and methodologies beyond just using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Python Proficiency: Strong Python development skills are essential.
- Gen AI Solutions: Experience in building AI solutions capable of handling 100,000+ users.
- AI Techniques: Knowledge of AI techniques, including working with models like GPT-5 and leveraging cloud-native AI capabilities.
- AWS Expertise
- AWS Services:
- Lambda: Beyond using AWS Lambda, experience with other AWS services is necessary.
- AWS CDK: Experience in using AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK) for deployment automation and infrastructure management.
- AWS Guardrails: Knowledge of AWS guardrails to ensure security and scalability in AI applications.
- Vector Databases: Familiarity with vector databases, such as those used for LangChain and Lang Graph, for data storage and retrieval in AI models.
Other Key Skills:
- AI Platform & Tools: Experience with platforms like Bedrock (Amazon's AI platform) and technologies like Lang Chain.
- Agent-facing Q&A Bots: Experience in creating and maintaining AI-driven chatbots, both customer-facing and agent-facing, especially those that involve complex AI models for assistance.
- Machine Learning (ML): Experience working with ML models and experimentation with cloud and meta models.
