Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Agent Developer with hands-on experience in building and deploying AI-driven automation solutions. This role requires expertise in AI architectures, large language models (LLMs), and automation frameworks. As a Co-founder, you will not only contribute to technical development but also help drive the strategic vision, growth, and success of Oggment.ai.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Agent Development & Deployment: Design, build, and deploy AI Agents that drive automation and business efficiency.
- AI Model Training & Optimization: Fine-tune AI models to improve accuracy, performance, and reliability.
- Infrastructure & Scalability: Develop AI infrastructure that ensures seamless integration and scalability across multiple AI solutions.
- AI Frameworks & Tools: Utilize cutting-edge AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, and OpenAI APIs to develop AI-powered applications.
- Collaboration with Engineering & Leadership Team: Work alongside AI engineers and leadership to refine and expand AI capabilities, contributing to both technical and business strategy.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure AI solutions adhere to data privacy, security, and compliance standards, including ISO 42001 and NIST AI Risk Management Framework.
- Product & Business Strategy: As a Co-founder, contribute to business growth, fundraising, and strategic partnerships.
- Continuous Learning & Innovation: Stay updated on the latest AI advancements and implement new techniques to improve AI Agents.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in AI development – must have successfully built and deployed AI-driven automation solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience developing and deploying AI Agents, with deep expertise in AI architectures, LLM fine-tuning, and automation frameworks.
- Proficiency in AI development frameworks and tools, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, OpenAI APIs, and other AI model architectures.
- Hands-on experience with cloud computing (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Understanding of AI ethics, security, and compliance in business applications.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth company environment, with a focus on AI automation and AI-powered SaaS solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
- Ability to travel to the Twin Cities for in-person meetings at least once or twice per month, preferably within a 150-180 mile driving distance or 300-360 miles if meeting halfway.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take ownership and drive business growth.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in building AI ecosystems where multiple AI Agents interact and collaborate.
- Knowledge of AI Governance, Risk, and Compliance (AI GRC) frameworks.
- Open-source AI contributions or published research in AI automation.
- Previous experience optimizing AI for sales, marketing, or customer engagement solutions.
- Experience in fundraising, business development, or strategic partnerships.

Location: Remote/Hybrid (Preference for candidates within a 360-mile radius of the Twin Cities, MN, to allow for in-person meetings on a monthly basis to begin with) and be able to meet your colleagues halfway (driving).
