Capgemini's Applied Innovation Exchange (AIE) is seeking an Agentic AI Business and Ecosystem Director to accelerate AI-powered enterprise transformation, shape partnerships in the AI ecosystem, and help drive the adoption of multi-agent AI technologies across industries. This role is at the intersection of Agentic AI, business strategy, and ecosystem engagement, focusing on identifying high-impact AI opportunities and forging key industry partnerships.
As a leader in this space, you will shape Agentic AI initiatives for enterprises, engage with the startup ecosystem, and drive strategic consulting efforts to ensure AI delivers measurable business outcomes. While the scope is broad, candidates strong in key areas are encouraged to apply, even if they do not meet every requirement.

Key Responsibilities:
Shape & Lead Agentic AI Initiatives
• Develop and execute AI-driven business transformation strategies for enterprise clients.
• Identify high-value AI use cases and guide clients from prototyping to production.
• Provide thought leadership on multi-agent AI, AI orchestration frameworks, and AI-native approaches.
Strengthen AI Ecosystem Partnerships
• Build and maintain relationships with AI startups, VCs, and research institutions in Silicon Valley.
• Scout & evaluate emerging AI technologies to enhance Capgemini's capabilities.
• Facilitate collaborative partnerships that drive business impact.
Business Acumen & Consulting Skills
• Advise clients on AI commercialization, strategy, and implementation.
• Work with executives, account teams, and industry leaders to embed AI into corporate strategy.
• Lead AI workshops, executive briefings, and innovation sessions.
Additional Responsibilities
• Support Capgemini’s global innovation network in AI adoption and knowledge-sharing.
• Help inform successful AI solutions across regions and industries.
Thought Leadership & Market Influence
• Represent Capgemini at conferences, industry events, and in publications.
• Educate executive stakeholders on the potential of AI-native business models.

Required Skills:
AI Strategy & Implementation: Experience in AI-driven business transformation, defining AI strategy for enterprises, and guiding AI adoption.
Ecosystem Engagement: Strong connections in the AI startup ecosystem and experience partnering with VCs, research labs, or emerging AI companies.
Consulting & Business Acumen: Consulting or executive advisory experience in AI commercialization, business value realization, and enterprise AI adoption. A presence in thought leadership (speaking at AI events, publishing research, contributing to industry discussions).
Additional Areas of Interest
• Familiarity with Agentic AI concepts (multi-agent orchestration, CrewAI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, AgentOps).
• Hands-on experience with Python for AI prototyping.
• Experience leading POCs, AI pilots, or go-to-market strategies.
