Job Description:
AI Adoption & Enablement
- Develop and execute strategies to drive AI adoption across the organization.
- Conduct live and virtual training sessions, workshops, and teach-ins to upskill employees on AI tools and best practices.
- Act as an AI evangelist, providing ongoing support and guidance to teams and individuals.
Training & Content Development
- Create and maintain high-quality training materials, including guides, videos, and self-service resources.
- Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure accurate and up-to-date training content.
- Design and deliver scalable AI learning programs tailored to different user personas and experience levels.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track AI adoption metrics, engagement levels, and training effectiveness using data analytics tools.
- Develop dashboards and reports to provide insights on AI usage, challenges, and opportunities.
- Use data-driven insights to refine adoption strategies and improve training content.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with leadership, IT, data teams, and end users to understand AI adoption challenges and opportunities.
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to drive AI literacy and comfort.
- Gather feedback from users to continuously improve AI enablement programs.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in AI enablement, technology adoption, training, or a related field.
Strong understanding of AI technologies (with an emphasis on GenAI), AI Agents, and AI tools in a business setting (financial services setting preferred)
Strong experience on utilizing generalized AI tools such as LLMs for day-to-day ad hoc enterprise use cases.
Deep knowledge around how AI and AI Agents are leveraged in financial services workstreams and business function specific use cases.
Experience in developing and delivering training programs, workshops, or user education initiatives.
Proficiency in data analytics tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to track and report on adoption trends.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex AI concepts.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with AI governance, Responsible AI, or AI ethics frameworks.
Background in change management or digital transformation initiatives.
Previous experience in a consulting or enterprise technology environment.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $58.00 per hour
