We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary IT Manager to lead the development and integration of advanced AI-powered solutions, modernize departmental workflows, and drive digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, chatbots, AI agents, website development, web scraping tools, and enterprise modernization. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes through automation, AI, and cutting-edge technologies.
Key Responsibilities
AI & Conversational Systems Development
Design, develop, and deploy LLM-powered chatbots, AI agents, and RAG-based solutions to enhance customer and internal interactions.

Required Qualifications
Proven experience in LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, embeddings, etc.).
Strong knowledge of RAG systems, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate), and retrieval models.
Hands-on experience in web development (React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, Flask, or similar frameworks).
Proficiency in web scraping tools and frameworks (e.g., Scrapy, BeautifulSoup, Selenium, Puppeteer).
Strong understanding of API integrations, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
