The Role:

As an AI Engineer, you will be a key player in building and improving AI-driven solutions that help streamline and automate legal processes. You will leverage the latest AI techniques to design and optimize large-scale language models, build agentic workflows, and work closely with the team to create impactful AI-powered products that directly serve the company’s clients.

What You’ll Do:

💻 Build and enhance AI-powered legal tech products that automate complex tasks in the immigration process.
🚀 Apply cutting-edge AI techniques to optimize system performance and scalability, ensuring seamless functionality.
🛠 Design and implement LLM-based solutions such as prompting, agent workflows, and performance measurement.
🔍 Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand product requirements, ensuring AI solutions meet both technical and business goals.
📚 Stay at the forefront of AI research in NLP and LLMs, experimenting with new approaches and integrating the latest techniques into products.

What We’re Looking For:

🖥️ 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, specifically in LLMs and agent-based systems.
💡 Proven experience with LLMs in production environments, including pre-training, mid-training, post-training, and inference.
🔧 Strong software engineering fundamentals with expertise in Python and AI/ML frameworks.
⚡ A proactive mindset, with a focus on delivering scalable AI solutions and automating complex workflows.
🏃 Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a passion for rapid iteration and solving real-world problems with AI.
