The Role:
As an AI Engineer, you will be a key player in building and improving AI-driven solutions that help streamline and automate legal processes. You will leverage the latest AI techniques to design and optimize large-scale language models, build agentic workflows, and work closely with the team to create impactful AI-powered products that directly serve the company’s clients.
What You’ll Do:
- 💻 Build and enhance AI-powered legal tech products that automate complex tasks in the immigration process.

What We’re Looking For:
- 🖥️ 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, specifically in LLMs and agent-based systems.
- 💡 Proven experience with LLMs in production environments, including pre-training, mid-training, post-training, and inference.
- 🔧 Strong software engineering fundamentals with expertise in Python and AI/ML frameworks.
- ⚡ A proactive mindset, with a focus on delivering scalable AI solutions and automating complex workflows.
