We’re seeking a freelance Account Executive who can join our team to:
1. Qualify new leads
2. Close deals and expand our growing client base

We sell our solutions through a combination of service implementation contracts and monthly platform usage fees. Our ideal customers include any small to-medium sized business that hires lots of staff members to interact and communicate with their customers on a daily basis; including auto dealerships, hotel chains, real estate agencies, small SaaS companies, and accounting & legal firms. We help our customers automate tasks that would traditionally done by humans over the phone, email, text, and workflows.
Responsibilities:
(1) Lead Qualification: Engage with inbound leads, assess their business needs, and determine if they’re a strong fit for our AI agent solutions.
(2) Sales Presentations: Present our AI agent offerings via video calls, showcasing how our solutions solve real-world SMB challenges.
(3) Pipeline Management: Track, nurture, and follow up on prospects to ensure steady progression through the sales funnel.
(4) Consultative Approach: Understand client needs, map them to relevant AI use cases, and develop tailored proposals.
(5) Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and finalize engagements with qualified leads.
(6) Collaboration: Work closely with our internal tech and project teams to hand over client requirements smoothly.
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of quota-carrying Account Executive experience in a tech or SaaS sales role
- Technical Literacy: Comfortable with AI, LLMs, APIs, and basic technology concepts—enough to convey how AI agents can benefit SMB customers.
- Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, able to confidently pitch and persuade C-level stakeholders.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, stay organized, and maintain motivation to reach targets without daily oversight.
- Customer-Centric: Eager to listen, learn, and "truly understand" a prospect’s challenges in order to tailor solutions effectively.
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: Is offered on set rate based on the candidate's sales acumen and experience.
-Commission: We value quality sales efforts and outcomes, so we offer a commission for deals closed. Exact commission rates will range from 15-25% of the contract value you close (including any services deliverables sold plus any monthly platform usage fees.
