Right now, our main problem is we have more customer demand than we can serve.
That’s why we’re hiring an Founding AI Engineer (product-focused) to build a delightful product for our customers as quickly as possible.
Problems you’ll work on:
You’re going to build the infrastructure needed to support an autonomous marketing team. This might include:
- Using agentic AI to fully automate human tasks within marketing domain
- Building automated data ingestion pipelines using browser-based agents and LLMs
- Using multimodal LLMs to parse unstructured data from brands, social media influencers, and other sources
- Building automated data feedback loops to improve the product automatically over time
Some concrete projects might be:
- Building a product that uses multimodal AI to build a list of 1000 influencers a brand should work with, and rank the top 100 to recommend to the brand.
- Building a product that consumes social media content created by influencers in browser and then makes judgements based on the content, without scraping any data from the website.
This could be you, if:
- You’re experienced: with ideally 3+ years in software engineering, and significant experience with a server-side programming language
- You are obsessed with AI and can’t wait to tell us about your latest side project
- You love working with data and the messier the pipeline, the greater the challenge
- You like owning projects fully and taking them from 0 → 1
- You have a growth mindset and are happy learning new things, especially when they're important for the team's success.
- You are curious about people and you find the idea of emulating and improving upon human communication with AI exciting
- You’re interested in marketing technology
🥞 We use Python, LangGraph & LangSmith, OpenAI/Gemini/Claude, GCP & Docker, React & NextJS, and browser-based agents.
We aren’t married to any tool or framework—we use the best tool for the job of building a delightful experience for our customers.
