Job Title: AI/ML Engineer

Pay Rate: $55-$63/Hr On C2C
**Must have hands-on experience in Generative AI, particularly in hashtag
#prompt engineering, data curation, AI agent development, and domain-specific model fine-tuning using frameworks.**
🔍 Key Qualifications:
Strong understanding of Transformer architecture and Generative AI concepts
Experience with prompt engineering and PEFT such as LoRA/QLoRA training on large language models is a plus
Hands-on experience with building and extending RAG, multi-agent frameworks such as Langchain, LlamaIndex, and AutoGen
Proficiency in ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow and Python data science modules
