Job Summary:
We are looking for a tech-forward, AI-experienced individual to support our leadership team and clients in an operational role that combines customer success, administrative support, account management, and AI-driven automation. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in AI research, AI agent workflows, and a passion for automating repetitive tasks to create efficient, scalable systems. This is an entry level role with huge growth potential. This role is a great launchpad for someone who wants to grow into AI operations, product support, or even marketing/technical roles over time. We are a small company, so this candidate should have startup experience or experience working in a small company.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Customer Support:
- Respond to customer queries and troubleshoot issues.
- Communicate with customers via email and telephone.
- Perform Platform demonstrations and training for our customers.
- Identify customer needs and help them use platform features.
- Analyze and report platform malfunctions.
- Document common support procedures.
Administrative & Business Support:
- Work directly with the CEO and other management.
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Order office supplies and book travel arrangements.
- Maintain and improve internal workflows using tools like Jira, Zoho, and AI-driven CRMs.
- Coordinate office procedures and reply to inquiries.
AI & Automation-Focused Tasks:
- Research, test, and implement AI tools and agents to streamline internal processes, customer service, and bookkeeping workflows.
- Continuously evaluate opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and AI-driven solutions.
- Work with management to prototype and iterate on AI-based support agents or virtual assistants.
Skills and Qualifications:
- AI experience is a must – especially in researching or deploying AI tools, workflows, or agents.
- Proven experience in customer support and business assistance or office management.
- Familiarity with AI concepts like LLMs, automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n), and AI assistants.
- Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, QuickBooks, Jira and Zoho CRM is a plus.
- Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and handle sensitive information is a must.
Job Location: This is an in person position in our downtown, East Austin, TX office.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
