The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Digital Growth Strategist who can both develop innovative strategies AND execute them hands-on to accelerate our customer acquisition efforts. This is a unique role for someone who thrives as both a strategic thinker and tactical implementer, leveraging AI technologies to transform our digital marketing performance. You'll be directly responsible for driving growth metrics and building scalable systems that increase qualified loan applications while reducing acquisition costs.
Your Mission
- Develop and implement AI-powered marketing strategies to increase qualified website traffic
- Optimize our conversion funnel to improve application completion rates
- Create automated systems that identify and target our ideal customer segments
- Build and deploy AI agents to scale content creation and personalization
- Systematically reduce our cost per funded loan through data-driven optimization
- Build sustainable, scalable digital marketing infrastructure for long-term growth
Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5+ years of experience in performance marketing with demonstrable results
- Proven expertise in SEO, content strategy, and conversion rate optimization
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI tools for marketing purposes
- Strong prompt engineering skills and ability to leverage AI for content creation
- Experience with financial services or lending industry marketing (preferred)
- Data analytics proficiency with ability to extract actionable insights
- Technical capabilities including basic coding knowledge (Python, JavaScript)
- Track record of reducing customer acquisition costs in competitive industries

- 30% increase in qualified loan applications within 3 months
