The Opportunity

Your Mission
- Design and build custom AI agents that automate and enhance marketing workflows
- Develop prompt engineering frameworks optimized for financial services content and conversion
- Create self-improving systems that continuously optimize website traffic and application quality
- Implement machine learning models for customer segmentation and targeting
- Architect and deploy technical solutions for SEO, content generation, and funnel optimization
- Establish data pipelines that provide actionable marketing intelligence
- Build scalable testing infrastructure for continuous marketing experiments
Required Technical Skills
- Extensive experience with LLM implementation, fine-tuning, and deployment
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and relevant AI/ML frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to build and deploy functional AI agents with defined business outcomes
- Experience implementing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems
