Oversee the company's operations to ensure processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Supervise and manage all aspects of purchasing and merchandise logistics for the company.
- Manage company license subscriptions, as well as research and acquire new licenses for all departments based on their requirements.
- Conduct ongoing analytics on user activity for subscriptions.
- Improve policies for license subscriptions.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration within the operations team.
- Continually improve company policies for optimal performance.
- Develop comprehensive documentation for internal processes and procedures.
- Work closely with end-users to address their requirements and concerns effectively.

Proven, extensive experience in the role of Operations Manager, preferably in a start-up organization.
- Manage recruiting processes and software (Ashby)
- Manager HR processes including Onboarding and Offboarding
- Manager software licenses and subscriptions, company hardware and vendor management
- Scheduling internal/external client meetings with leadership
- Manage expense reports and budgets
- Handle legal documents including NDA's
- Ordering office supplies, managing mail and catering leadership meetings
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to implement and enforce best practices.
- Ability to quickly think through unanticipated issues and troubleshoot them is crucial.
- High problem-solving skills.
