Listen Labs automates this entire process using AI, making customer research faster (24 hours instead of 8-12 weeks), cheaper, and even higher quality. You'll work directly with the CEO to shape strategy, improve operations, and build the foundation for future hires across marketing, product, and customer success. Early on, you'll do the work yourself, writing landing pages, setting up dashboards, talking to users, then bring on and train specialists as we scale.
