🎯 What You’ll Do
• Own UI/UX for our entire Agentic AI product ecosystem
• Design interfaces that turn intelligence into action — and delight
• Work directly with founders, engineers, and enterprise users
• Shape how IP, R&D, and market insights are consumed in minutes, not hours
• Turn workflows into clean, beautiful, intuitive decision systems
• Design reports that look like design-thinking maps, not spreadsheets
💼 What We’re Looking For
✅ You’ve lived inside B2B workflows — product teams, R&D dashboards, AI tools
✅ You can work fast without sacrificing taste or clarity
✅ You understand how Directors and VPs process complex info and make calls
✅ You can turn vague requirements into clear, decisive UI
✅ You are comfortable presenting your work, explaining your logic, and iterating quickly
✅ You’re not just pushing pixels — you’re solving real problems for real users
💥 Big Plus If You Have
• Experience with design systems for AI/analytics products
• Motion/interaction design instincts (Framer, Webflow, Lottie, etc.)
• Experience designing for insights platforms or data-heavy tools
• A strong opinion on UX writing, especially for CTAs and navs
