We are seeking an experienced AI Automation Expert to create a comprehensive end-to-end sales funnel. This project includes integrating CRM systems, email marketing automation, and lead capture mechanisms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales funnel optimization and automation technologies. You will be responsible for designing workflows that maximize lead conversion and streamline customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
Set up and integrate AI agents or bots to capture leads from multiple sources (Google, Instagram, Website forms, etc.)
Build intelligent workflows for lead qualification, routing, and follow-up
Automate personalized email sequences using tools like GPT or other LLMs
Integrate with CRM systems (e.g., Attio, or alternatives)
Implement real-time data syncing and updates across platforms
Ensure all tools talk to each other — using tools like Zapier, Make, LangChain, OpenAI APIs, AutoGPT, etc.
Create a clear and intuitive backend dashboard or documentation for internal use
Optimize for future scaling and AI iteration
