We are seeking an automation expert to build an AI agent for MyBonum, our therapy platform, to collect and update clinic data across Florida. Scope includes creating a dynamic survey form (yes/no, checkboxes, dropdowns), automating email outreach and follow-ups, and integrating responses into our MyBonum database via API or Zapier. Optional: Twilio-based phone or SMS follow-ups. Clinics will update fields like languages spoken, insurance accepted, patient intake status, and service models (mobile/clinic/telehealth). Ideal candidates have experience with Zapier, APIs, automation tools, and healthcare or SaaS platforms. Project timeline: 2–3 weeks. Please include examples of past work and a cost estimate.
