We’re looking for Staff and Snr AI Software Engineers to help build agentic AI systems.
These positions are high-impact roles where you’ll work directly with the co-founders to develop core AI-powered products, and contribute to a mission that’s making healthcare smarter, faster, and more efficient.

Tech Stack & Requirements:
🔹 AI Agents: Experience architecting, designing and developing agentic AI systems
🔹 Languages: Experience with any modern dev language is fine we're more interested in your fundamentals - we use Node.js/Express.js (Python also works!)backend and ReactJS for Frontend
🔹 Scaling: Excellent experience with distributed systems and scaling out environments
🔹AI/ML: Applied GenAI, LLMOps, LLM evaluations and implementing LLMs into production
🔹 Fundamentals: Strong across data structures, algorithms, readability, TDD and writing clean, scalable, readable and reliable code
The interview process includes a 4-hour AI agent hackathon, so you’ll get to showcase your skills in a practical way.
