We’re looking for a Head of AI to lead the AI efforts across the company.
This is a high-impact, high-ownership role where you’ll be working directly with the founders to architect AI systems end-to-end, scale LLM-powered automation, and shape the next wave of AI-driven healthcare workflows.
You’ll work hands-on with LLMs, AI automation, and cloud infrastructure—from fine-tuning models to optimizing real-time AI solutions.
They have secured a significant amount of funding, are post-revenue and are scaling quickly.
Why You?
✅ You've built and shipped AI products from scratch. Owning AI end-to-end – from research to production, ensuring a robust, scalable AI pipeline.
✅ You are technically hands-on and strong across machine learning engineering, AI modelling, AI architecture and system design experience
✅ You thrive in startups—Founder, CTO, or early technical hire (sub-10 team).
✅ You know LLMs inside out (OpenAI, LLaMA, Together.ai, etc.).
✅ You’re a backend and cloud pro. (Exp with any modern backend language is fine - we use Node.js and Python).
