Key Responsibilities:
AI Agents:Experience architecting, designing and developing agentic AI systems
Languages:Experience with any modern dev language is fine; we use Node.js/Express.js (Python also works!) for backend and ReactJS for frontend
Scaling:Excellent experience with distributed systems and scaling out environments
AI/ML:Applied GenAI, LLMOps, LLM evaluations and implementing LLMs into production
Fundamentals:Strong across data structures, algorithms, readability, TDD and writing clean, scalable, readable and reliable code
The interview process includes a4-hour AI agent hackathon , so you’ll get to showcase your skills in a practical way.
