We’re looking for a highly skilled pitch deck designer 🎨📊 who can transform our content into a visually stunning, investor-ready presentation. If you have a knack for storytelling, data visualization, and crafting pitch decks that raise funding, we want to hear from you! 🚀
Because we have challenges being able to make a selection from just looking at the portfolio, we are asking proposal to include a few slides how you would execute our design. Not required but likely will make the difference in our selection. We want to know that you truly embrace the type of visual flow we are looking for!
Attached is the storyboard ( the PowerPoint -- this is the draft pitch deck) and also further descriptive detail on the end in mind (the pdf). Once the work starts, we have a detailed Notion website with all of our media and brand materials. Do as well check out our website at (link removed) as a reference.
Project Scope
Total Slides: 15 or so slides 📑
Design Requirements: Clean, modern, engaging (reference top-tier startup decks)
Branding: Align with EasyBee AI’s branding (logos, colors, and assets provided)
Graphics & Visuals: May require custom icons, data visualization, and some imagery. Do not repeat do NOT use chatbots or robots or any imagery like that. AI Agents are a totally different technology not be be compared to chatbots at all.
Tools: Must be delivered in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and PDF formats
Collaboration: Work directly in Notion (guest access will be provided)
Revisions: At least two revision cycles included
Brand Brief Summary
Format & Deliverables
Deliver in PowerPoint (.PPTX), exportable to PDF and Google Slides
One version only — no narration or audio
One core idea per slide
The deck should feel like a visual narrative, not a static document
Slides should be modular and reorderable
Visual Style
What we want:
Clean, bold, future-forward style similar to Apple
Light background (mostly white)
Primary colors: orange, black, white
Accent color: blue, used sparingly
Modern sans-serif fonts (Inter, IBM Plex Sans, or Space Grotesk recommended)
Rounded corners on all elements
Bold slide titles and consistent straplines at the top
What to avoid:
No cartoon robots, chat bubbles, or “cutesy” illustrations
No stock AI images with glowing heads or circuits
No serif fonts, bevels, or heavy shadowing
What’s okay:
Subtle hex or grid motifs
Abstract AI art if conceptually relevant
Real, high-quality photos (avoid generic stock)
Logo & Motifs
Use EasyBee logo as provided — don’t modify it
Avoid literal bees or hives
Clean geometric shapes (like hexagons) are fine if used subtly
Layout & Flow
One idea per slide
Clean, white-space-rich layouts with visual variety
No need for section dividers unless copy specifies
Product and traction slides should stand out visually
Strapline always at top
No footers, logos, or slide numbers unless requested
Icons, Shapes & Charts
Use outlined, line-based icons only
Rounded shapes only — no sharp corners
Flat, clean charts with bold numbers and clear labels
No 3D or overly styled graphs
AI Imagery & Illustrations
Use AI-generated or futuristic imagery if abstract and tasteful
No literal robot faces, chat windows, or agent metaphors
Blend visuals into the background — don’t overwhelm the message
