📋 Job Description:
We’re building a system of advanced, human-like AI agents for messaging platform “WA” (the geen one) using GPT, Zapier, and GoHighLevel (GHL). These are not virtual assistants — they’re purpose-built vertical AI agents designed to behave like real team members.
Each agent handles a specific business function (like qualifying leads, booking appointments, or re-engaging no-shows) and connects to GoHighLevel to update contact records, change statuses, and trigger follow-up automations.
The entire system runs across messaging, fully automated, and sounds like a real person — not a bot.
We’ll be using the simplest stack possible:
🔹 GPT → to handle messaging + logic
🔹 Zapier → to control flow + trigger actions
🔹 GHL → to track, store, and automate lead data
We’re starting with messaging platform WA, integrated through 360Dialog or Twilio.
⚠️ Scope of This Job:
This job is only for building the first agent (Qualification Agent).
If the collaboration is great, we’ll immediately proceed with building the remaining four agents with you.
🎯 Agents in the Stack:

1. Qualification - Ask pre-qualifying questions, determine fit, tag/update in GHL
2. Appointment - If qualified, guide user to book appointment
3. Post-Booking - Confirmations, reminders, FAQs, and show-up optimization
4. Rebooking - Detect no-show in GHL, re-engage, and restart booking
5. Downsell - If unqualified, redirect to lower-ticket or community funnel
Each agent works independently but connects to the full conversation system.
⚙️ Tech Stack:
GPT (OpenAI) – Prompt design + conversation logic
Zapier – Routing + actions between GPT ↔ GHL
GoHighLevel (GHL) – CRM for tagging, appointment status, and workflows
WA API (via 360Dialog or Twilio) – Already integrated or being finalized
🧠 What You’ll Be Doing:
Designing prompts that sound natural, human, and goal-driven
Connecting GPT ↔ Zapier ↔ GHL for smooth automation
Capturing and updating lead data dynamically in GHL
Creating modular logic that allows one agent to pass off to the next
Building systems that don’t feel scripted — the agent should feel real
✅ Success Looks Like:
A lead opts in via WA and is engaged naturally by the Qualification Agent
Lead is either routed to booking (via next agent), re-engaged, or downsold
GHL is updated with tags/fields dynamically as the chat happens
The tone is human, friendly, persistent, and never robotic
Future agents can slot into the logic stack without rewriting everything
🧑 Ideal Candidate:
Built GPT + Zapier flows for messaging (SMS, DMs, WA, etc.)
Familiar with GoHighLevel’s custom fields, tags, and automations
Writes clear, goal-oriented prompts that feel human
Thinks in systems — you understand how agents should connect and pass data
Bonus: appointment funnel or sales system experience
🕒 Timeline:
We want to build the first agent (Qualification Agent) in 2–4 days max.
If it goes well, you’ll have the opportunity to build the remaining agents.
💰 Budget:
This is a fixed-price job — open to proposals.
