The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI technologies and be able to develop strategic plans to implement automation effectively. We are a real estate investment company and mastermind. We are looking to produce several AI Agents that we can sell to our members. What We’re Building: “WiscoReia Mentor Buddy” (AI-Powered Real Estate Investing Coach)
We’re creating a smart, scalable AI-powered assistant to help beginner and intermediate real estate investors build momentum and close more deals — faster and with more confidence. This tool blends training, accountability, motivation, and automation into one seamless mobile-first experience.
Think: Duolingo meets a real estate mentor, powered by AI.
Key Features:
1. AI Mentor Buddy: CustomGPT chatbot trained on WiscoReia content, available 24/7 to answer questions, explain wholesaling concepts, and provide encouragement.
2. Daily Motivation Pings: Automated messages to inspire action (“How many offers did you send today?“), using time-based triggers and preloaded quotes.
3. Training Library: Searchable, taggable video training system with note-taking and completion tracking.
4. Leaderboard & Community Gamification: Track user activity (deals analyzed, offers sent), show streaks, assign badges, and spark healthy competition.
5. CRM & Deal Management: Organized tables in Glide to manage leads, analyze deals, draft offers, and track progress.
Integrations: Zapier, Google Sheets, and (eventually) PropStream/Zillow for enhanced automations and ARV pulls. We are open to different ways of building it.
