We’re sitting on a high-quality list of interested leads, and we want to build a fully automated backend using GoHighLevel — from capturing interested replies to booking calls, following up, and retargeting.
I’m looking for a strategic partner, not just a technician. Someone who’s done this before and can guide us through the smartest way to structure this system, based on best practices.

Custom pipelines, lead tagging, and automations based on replies
Integration with Instantly (Cold email replies)
Smart email & SMS sequences for follow-up
Integration of an AI agent or auto-dialer to contact warm leads
Landing page (with VSL) + post-booking page experience
Facebook/Instagram retargeting campaigns synced with GHL tags
Automated workflows to guide leads from interest → call → closed
Suggestions for better pipeline structure, funnel design, or automation logic
What I’m Looking For:
Someone who has worked with GoHighLevel, cold outreach, and retargeting systems
Comfortable with Make.com, Facebook Ads integrations, GHL etc.
Able to provide feedback, guidance, and strategy ideas
Copywriting experience for SMS, email, or funnel messaging
