Job Summary
We are seeking a
Senior AI Engineer with deep experience in
agent-based workflow development and a strong background in the
Financial Services Sector (FSS). The ideal candidate will be a
self-starter capable of working independently while also collaborating effectively with a dynamic engineering team based in our
New York office. This is a hybrid role requiring
3 days per week onsite.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize agent-based AI workflows
- Lead the development and deployment of AI models tailored to financial services applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive AI strategy and technical execution
- Develop robust, scalable code using Python
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural decisions
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of experience in AI engineering, with a focus on agent-based systems
- Demonstrated success working on projects within the Financial Services Sector (FSS)
- Proficient in Python programming for AI/ML solutions
- Strong understanding of AI/ML architectures and design patterns
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Work Environment
- Hybrid role – 3 days per week onsite at the New York office
