About the Research, Development, and Innovation (RDI) Practice
The RDI practice is our Technology and Transformation initiative. We aspire to partner with clients to deliver work pertaining to technology modernization, data and AI strategy, enterprise applications, R&D initiatives, change management, and beyond.
This role pertains directly to this practice.
Role Description
Inyour role as Principal Advisor with our firm, you will significantlyinfluence the direction and quality of client engagements. The role is intended for established professionals with deep expertise and judgment, and who want to takeanactive part in the growth of a firm that is committed to rigor, client impact, and long-term value creation.
Role duties encompass:
- Offer strategic direction on client engagements, with the focus on technology architecture and digital transformation
- Inform solution approaches, verify implementation plans, and elevate deliverables for our clients
- Act as a thought partner to engagement managers and Associates providing directional thought and quality assurance
- Engage in milestone reviews, client engagements, and decision-making meetings where you believe your judgment brings weight
- Coach junior team members and help build the firm's consulting muscle
- Partner with leadership on shaping defining the firm's intellectual capital and future positioning
Ideal Background
- 10–15 years in consulting, internal strategy, product, or transformational leadership
- Former Partner, Principal, or Director at a top consulting firm
- Fluency in digital strategy, enterprise systems, and AI & Automation implementations
- Strong communication instinct and ability to synthesize and deliver executive-level insights quickly
Education
- Undergraduate degree from a reputable institution
- MBA or equivalent professional experience
