Now, we need a brilliant AI Intelligence Officer to architect the intelligent backend that powers it all.
About You
You’re the person who:
- Can turn workflows into automations with their eyes closed.
- Gets excited about building GPT agents that do more than just chat.
- Sees AI not as a replacement—but as a revolution in how people work and grow.
What You’ll Do
- Design & Deploy AI Agents for content, marketing, support, and internal ops
- Train GPT models using company tone, values, and frameworks
- Automate systems across Kajabi, Notion, ClickUp, Google Workspace, Meta, YouTube, etc.
- Build our AI Playbook + Knowledge Base for scale
- Stay ahead of AI trends and evaluate new tools for business fit
- Work alongside founders, content teams, and course creators to turn vision into working AI solutions
Tools You Might Use
OpenAI (ChatGPT / API), Make.com, Apify, LangChain, Dumpling AI, Notion, Zapier, ClickUp, Kajabi, Airtable, ElevenLabs, Claude, and more.
Bonus Points If You’ve:
- Built AI systems for creators, educators, or course platforms
- Worked in a startup or digital-first team
- A track record of making things faster, smarter, and more fun
