Automate Email Newsletter Workflow with Taskade + Beehiiv Integration

We're looking for an experienced automation specialist to help streamline our editorial workflow for a weekly email newsletter targeting enterprise AI users. You will build a Taskade-based system that programmatically creates newsletter content drafts and publishes them to Beehiiv.
This is a project-based contract with the possibility of future retainer work for enhancements.
🔧 Project Scope
We need to:
Design and build a Taskade workspace that manages each stage of the newsletter pipeline
Automate the creation of structured newsletter outlines and draft sections in Taskade
Integrate AI tools (e.g., OpenAI or Claude) to assist with content generation
Push finalized drafts to Beehiiv via API or another compatible automation method
Provide documentation for workflows and onboarding
💼 Ideal Candidate
Proven experience with Taskade automation and custom workflows
Familiarity with Beehiiv API or newsletter platforms with comparable publishing pipelines
Skilled with Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar automation tools
Understanding of AI-powered writing assistants or LLMs is a strong plus
Clear communicator who can document systems for non-technical users

Kickoff: Within 5 days of contract
