Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable AI Developer to join our dynamic team focused on building AI agents and automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong Python programming skills, the ability to quickly learn and integrate new applications, and a talent for multitasking in a fast-paced environment. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop, deploy, and optimize AI-driven solutions that enhance business processes and decision-making. No job is too small, and we value team members who take ownership of all tasks, big or small. Additionally, not all work will involve developing or writing code; a significant portion will consist of ad hoc projects and various tasks that support the team’s overall goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and deploy AI-driven automation solutions.
- Collaborate with commercial, engineering/development, and product teams to implement AI models in real-world applications.
- Integrate and work with various APIs, frameworks, and third-party applications to enhance AI functionalities.
- Optimize and fine-tune AI agents for performance, efficiency, and scalability.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and improve existing AI applications and automation scripts.
- Stay updated with the latest AI technologies, tools, and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Manage multiple projects and adapt quickly to new technologies and business needs.
- Take on ad hoc projects and responsibilities outside of coding to support the team’s objectives.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in full-stack development with a focus on back-end technologies.
- Familiarity with AI-driven chatbots, automation frameworks, and workflow automation tools.
- Ability to quickly learn and work with APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and various AI tools.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with testing AI/ML models, automation workflows, or software applications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git and Agile development methodologies.
- Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and voice agents.
- Experience with AI performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Zapier, n8n, or similar automation platforms.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools or business intelligence platforms.
- Experience working with customer support or product teams to address AI-related issues.
