I'm looking for an experienced AI developer who can set up and integrate voice-based AI agents into my CRM platform, which is built on GoHighLevel (GHL).
We are building a solution for real estate professionals, where each realtor will have access to a 24/7 AI personal assistant that can:
Take inbound phone calls
Answer common questions (listing info, process, etc.)
Book appointments
Take and relay messages
Perform tasks on behalf of the realtor (e.g., follow up on leads, send documents, provide answers to internal queries)
This agent will act as a business partner and assistant to the realtor — fully voice-interactive, powered by real-time LLM communication (think ChatGPT for the phone).
Your Responsibilities:
Architect and configure the voice AI solution using tools like Vapi.ai, OpenAI GPT-4, ElevenLabs, or alternatives you recommend
Integrate the voice agent with GoHighLevel to automate CRM-related tasks (e.g., lead updates, appointment scheduling, messaging)
Build reusable infrastructure so we can easily onboard and replicate this for hundreds of realtors
Implement logic for both inbound caller interactions and realtor-initiated voice commands
Test thoroughly and make sure the entire voice assistant works flawlessly
Work with my internal GoHighLevel expert (if needed) to connect flows and automations
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience with voice AI tools (e.g., Vapi.ai, Twilio Voice, ElevenLabs)
Deep understanding of OpenAI, GPT-4, or similar LLMs
Experience integrating with GoHighLevel (preferred but not required)
Ability to write clean, efficient prompt templates and handle webhook logic
Strong testing skills and attention to detail
Ability to advise on best practices, tools, and scaling strategies
Bonus if you can:
Recommend cost-effective tech stack decisions
Work long-term to support new features and optimizations
Think like a product builder — not just a coder
Budget:
Open to hourly or fixed — depending on your experience and proposed approach.
