Seeking a highly capable no-code automation expert to build and operationalize a scalable, multi-platform system that enables two-way communication between my custom AI agent and key business platforms.
You’ll be creating a foundation that allows my AI assistant (built in ChatGPT using GPT-4) to both extract from and write to my tools—including tasks, messages, docs, and calendars—via intelligent workflows and structured automations.
This system must be cost-effective, replicable, and simple to scale with additional use cases over time.
Platforms to Integrate:
The assistant should be able to send and receive structured updates through the following:
-Outlook (Email + Calendar)
-GSuite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar, Drive)
-Microsoft Teams
-Salesforce
-Web content sources (via scraping or ingestion into GPT)
Delivery Expectations:
-Use Zapier, Make.com, n8n, or another no-code stack depending on which is most time and cost-efficient to operate
-Provide clean documentation for each automation
-Organize workflows in a way that supports easy reuse, scaling, and handoff
-Set up initial automations, but structure for long-term adaptability. Looking for templates to be built and connected to my AI Agent(s) that could be replicated for different purposes as well.
