The Sales Advisor — HubSpot to audit the processes and performance of our sales approach and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, HubSpot. This is an opportunity to serve as a subject-matter expert, implement best practices, including supporting AI agents and automation where appropriate, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance an existing (and growing) company functional area.
During the interview process you will propose items to include in a paid 2-week sprint which will constitute the final hiring “experience” – where you can both deliver immediate value and outcomes (eg: by the end of your first day) as well as assess the ongoing needs of the CRM and propose a broader plan of action and improvement – a 30/60/90 day plan you will present after you conclude the 2-week sprint.
This is a role where you will bring your expertise to develop and execute testing strategies, identify and resolve issues, and optimize workflow (i.e., the majority of your time will be spent executing and a minimal amount of time learning). Reports To: Director of Partnerships (José)
- Flexible, with the expectation of joining meetings as needed during business hours (M–F, 8 AM–5 PM CT)

You will have clear goals, but will have flexibility in collaboration with the Viva Partnerships Team and partners to determine days/times that you accomplish the work
- Pay range is commensurate with experience: $35 - $55/hour

Will revisit and renegotiate as appropriate, no later than 180 days after start
- Continue or expand role, if mutually desired

Transition to a support role with a commitment of less than 10 hours per month
- Conduct comprehensive audits of our existing processes through an early-stage company

Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations
- Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap to maximize HubSpot

Identify, document, and track issues, ensuring timely resolutions
- Continuously optimize processes based on industry best practices
- Work across Viva’s teams to align sales goals with the business

Ensure clear communication and alignment across teams to maintain excellence of outputs and outcomes
- Evaluate the suitability and potential integration of third-party tools such as Calendly

Develop strategies for seamless integration of these tools into our existing systems
- Provide ongoing support and technical advice, transitioning to a more supportive role after the initial 60 days

Ensure the team remains aligned with industry best practices and emerging technologies
- Proven sales experience and a successful track record with HubSpot projects

Strong understanding of HubSpot and CRMs

Expertise in auditing and optimizing sales processes and HubSpot

Experience with integrating third-party tools and services with HubSpot
- An intellectually curious generalist or ‘T-shaped’ professional

Experience in a startup environment with fast-paced development cycles

Broader multifamily or property technology (proptech) space

2+ years in a traditional high-volume sales role
