Position OverviewWe’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer with deep expertise in applied machine learning, LLM integration, and production-grade AI systems. You’ll lead the design and development of core AI features, from intelligent agents and workflow optimization to custom model fine-tuning. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and design to ship scalable, user-facing intelligence that creates real value.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings research-level thinking to real-world applications, and knows how to balance innovation with execution.
What You’ll Do
AI Solution Design & Development
· Architect and implement AI agent frameworks to automate complex workflows, enhance decision-making, and enable autonomous task execution.
· Develop custom AI agents using tools like LangChain or Lyzr for tasks such as data retrieval, API orchestration, and dynamic response generation.
· Design event-driven AI systems using Redis pub/sub, Kafka, or cloud-native messaging services for real-time inference and feedback loops.
AI Model Integration & Optimization
· Fine-tune and deploy LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama 3) for domain-specific applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
· Optimize AI agent performance through prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and reinforcement learning techniques.
· Implement monitoring for AI systems using tools like MLflow or Weights & Biases to track model drift, accuracy, and resource utilization.
Cloud & Infrastructure
· Deploy AI agents at scale using Kubernetes on GCP/AWS/Azure, with a focus on serverless architectures (e.g., Cloud Functions, Lambda).
· Containerize AI workflows using Docker and manage GPU-accelerated inference clusters for low-latency applications.
· Integrate with cloud-native AI services (Vertex AI, SageMaker, Azure ML) while maintaining data privacy and compliance standards.
Collaboration & Leadership
· Partner with data scientists to operationalize experimental models into production-grade AI solutions.
· Mentor junior engineers on AI best practices, including agent memory management, tool chaining, and ethical AI guardrails.
· Lead technical
